GIS in Education and Curriculum Integration

Barbaree Duke is an Curriculum Specialist and Project Manager with GISetc from her home base in Foley, AL. She is the former Editor-in-Chief of Directions Magazine, a veteran English teacher as well as a technology and GIS educator. Barbaree has a Bachelor's degree from Baylor University and taught for 15 years in public schools. In addition to numerous articles, lessons and learning experiences, she authored three books on integrating GIS and geography into regular classroom.
