Q & A: Do you have any maps of world governments?

I often get questions about where to find maps on various topics.  This week a colleague, who teaches elementary students-third grade, asked about incorporating maps of world government types with their study of democracy and the three branches of US government while comparing it to Ancient Greece.

Here's what I found:

A nice lesson plan (http://greece.teachingmatters.org/lessons/1-2 ) with a great role playing activity...very practical.

A types of government worksheethttp://www.cvhs.cv.k12.ca.us/STAFF/kcassidy/World0708/RiseDemocracy/Typesofgovtchart.htm (Also great for AP Human Geography or Government class)

And an interactive maphttp://chartsbin.com/view/6kx (This site is full of great data!  The types of government is just one data set.)

Happy mapping!
